I was borrowing a 3 frame manual extractor from a friend the last few years. I am greatful to have been able to do so. I am even more greatful not having to do it this year. It would take me all weekend to pull frames, extract and do clean-up to return the extractor and I was never able to spin it fast enough or long enough to get out all the honey. I've been looking at this extractor for more than a year and finally decided to go for it. I made the purchase over the phone and spoke to a lovely lady that was a newer employee. I'm unsure if her name was Brenda or Debra. Along with the Maxx 12, I also wanted to get the dripless honey valve for the 9 gallon tank I had previously purchased. She made sure that I got everything I needed, and since she was newer, if she was unsure about something, she asked more experienced people to make sure nothing was missed. Everything got here in perfect order and it has made my first harvest this season a breeze. Machine is quiet and honey valve is awesome. No more wing nuts for me. I will be making future purchases from this company you can be sure.

I was under the impression that when we purchased the Ultra -Max that parts would be readily available. We had to cut the shaft at both ends of the radial spinner to make it work , plus drill for a new pin in the shaft .
We love the stainless steel spinner , just not use to building or modifying a product to make it work .
