Our updated honey clarifier is just DANDY! We are so excited about the updates in this new model.
A honey clarifier is a game-changer for a growing operation! This unit helps remove the "lions share" of wax, cappings, and other solids from your honey as it drains from the extractor. After processing through the clarifier, your honey is ready to drain or pump into buckets, tanks, or barrels.
Built from beefy 20 gauge stainless steel, this new unit is larger, stouter, has better baffles, and an improved heating system.
Our clarifier features a heating system under the tank. The heat causes the solids in your honey to rise to the top. As the honey flows towards the drain, the progressively finer screened baffles help to further strain out particles. After going through the screened baffles, honey is drained from the lower drain. This unit pairs great with one of our honey pumps and float switch!

This is a true game changer for us. It was easy to set up. The Honey that comes out of it is super clean but the biggest benifit for us was speeding up the extraction process. I bought the Hillco compact honey pump and hooked that up to pump the clean honey into 5 gallon pails.

A great addition
A great addition to my honey extraction process. I have the HillCo extractor and uncapping tank draining into this clarifier. The extracted honey moves through the screen filters at a good pace with the help of heat. My extraction time has been significantly reduced!

Love all my Hillco Equipment
As a sideliner, I needed to expand my extracting set up. I went with Hillco’s uncapper along with the Maxx48 spinner, that dumps into your 30 gallon clarifier. Then I attached your honey pump to the bottom connector to my Hillco honey pump which pumps the honey into a 70 heated tank. Man it’s soo much cleaner set up with no buckets until the very end. This set up allows me to process 21 supers an hour from uncapping to extracted.
