Our Unassembled 10 frame deep hive bodies are built to last! These boxes are super nice, and have very few knots at all.
These boxes feature our full top joint and routered frame rest. This makes for a more durable frame rest and top box edge, as well as a very strong, full top corner that prevents rot on the top edge.
Ships unassembled. PLEASE NOTE: it is best to assemble these boxes very soon after receiving them. If the boxes sit too long unassembled, further wood drying/shrinkage can occur, which can make assembly difficult. Also, it is normal for the joints to be tight and require gentle hammering with a rubber mallet during assembly.

Quick delivery and well made unassembled boxes that went together easily
Excellent quality clear pine! Joints fit well. Use rubber mallet and coat joints with Tightbond III Ultimate Wood Glue prior to assembly and fasten with 1 3/4, 308 Stainless 3/ 8 air staples using 2 staples at each dove tail.
Coat entire end joints with the waterproof glue using your acid brush as a paint brush to spread the glue, allow to dry and paint two coats of a good quality latex satin paint and primer. This will make the box last years !!
Cut uneven finger joint cuts uneven, we’re not usable cause of the gaps

Pretty good product for the price. Interlocking corners would not go together without some filing though for better clearence.
