This uncapping tank is an excellent entry-level option. A stainless steel frame stand holds a honey frame while you're uncapping. The cappings fall into the tray, and the honey drains through holes in the tray into the food-grade plastic tub below.
There is a honey gate valve in the plastic tub which allows you to drain the honey out. A really nice quality uncapping tank at an attractive price!
