Standard Nuc Box - 5 Frame

A nuc box is a must-have for any growing apiary. Great for catching swarms, making splits, building up weak colonies, and so much more! Our standard 5 frame nuc has a simple pine bottom board with 3/4" entrance, and a migratory style cover. The lid and bottom board are made entirely from eastern white pine, no plywood! Available in deep or medium sizes.

• The "unassembled, no frames" option comes completely unassembled without frames. No holes are predrilled and fasteners are not included. Width 9-5/8"
• The "assembled, with frames" option gives you a fully assembled nuc box with assembled frames and extra heavy wax coated Premier foundation installed. Just paint it and you're good to go.
