The uncapping scratcher fork is another must-have in both the apiary and extracting room. Great in the apiary to gently uncap drone brood to check for mites, or to quickly uncap some honey for feeding. In the extracting room, it's super handy to uncapping those small corners and edges that a knife can't reach.
