With the launch of our Gen2 Hive365 system, we developed this beefier, simpler bottom board, and it's a winner!
This bottom board fits both wood and Hive365 boxes, and includes the latches, year-around entrance guard, and bottom tray (includes the necessary adapter shim for Hive365 boxes).
Featuring a new, solid tray that slides under the board, this tray provides a more robust wind and weather break. Add some vegetable or mineral oil into the tray, and it also can catch small hive beetles that drop through the bottom board!

Good bottom board. Took off a star because it doesn’t have a landing porch. I live in south where it gets hot.
Like this one compared to the first one that came out last year.
They work great with 365 boxes and dividers for growing swarms and splits. Remove the shim and the molded in tabs hold wooden boxes in place nicely. The entrance guard is nice and easily adjustable as well.
So far, I am really liking this bottom
Just got a few of these in place with wooden boxes. I think they are going to be great.I like the easy switch from screen bottom to solid for change of seasons
