Works well except for doing multiple frames quickly as it cools quickly and takes awhile to heat back up.
It's a game changer! Really speeds up my extraction process, plus there isn't much wax cappings left in the uncapping tank so there is less unclaimed honey.
So far so good. Worked great and very little wax.
Iām loving this slicer uncapper. It does a great job and greatly saves time and labor. Our beekeeper friends are impressed with it as well.
The only thing that I did not like on the de-capper was the springs on the cutter rolls. They are stronger than they need to be. If I could change anything it would be the compression that the current springs put on the comb. Changing the gap is good but the tension on the springs tends to tear out fat spots on the comb.
