You'll love this machine for it's simple, easy operation and the clean wax it churns out.
Simply fill the steamer unit with water, put the wax that you need to render into the inner basket, plug it in, and watch the golden wax come out of the honey drain!

Features the same Ez-Drain tank design as our extractors, for a complete drain of wax from the tank.
I have about 40 hives and have had wax capping just kind of hanging out. This thing has done an AMAZING job helping me process the back log. Very easy to use and if you layer your paper towels/filter right, one pass and you get pristine wax!

This has made wax rendering so much easier! I would definitely recommend this product. The Steam Wax Melter does a great job even with the old brood comb. I used cheesecloth in the bottom of the basket rather than paper towels. It does take longer when the comb is well used brood comb but still the easiest method I’ve used.

Ill get straight to the teaching
Ill get straight to the teaching. Don't use paper towels use Cheesecloth for the bottom. Next get a 5 gallon strainer bag and stuff as much capping wax as you can into it. Center and push down then turn on the unit. Put about 2 gallons of water in a 5 gallon bucket and let it be. When its done you'll have about a half an inch of flattened debris in the strainer bag. WORKS GREAT. YES I was a painter. Most beautiful wax ive ever processed. Buy this product. You won't be sorry.
